What counts as a "unit" for pricing?

A unit is a residential property under management (apartment, house, flat, etc.). Only active units with tenants are counted. We'll discuss commercial properties and mixed portfolios during your consultation.

How do you determine pricing?

We price based on portfolio size, integration requirements, and support level. Every customer receives a tailored quote. We offer flexible terms for early-stage partnerships and can work with most budgets.

What's included in the pilot program?

Full platform access, hands-on onboarding, weekly check-ins with the founder, and integration support. We work closely with pilot customers to ensure success and gather feedback to improve the platform.

Do you charge per maintenance request?

No. We charge per unit, with unlimited maintenance requests. Whether you receive 10 requests or 100, your cost stays predictable. This aligns our incentives with yours.

What if our PMS isn't supported yet?

We currently have full integration with Arthur Online, with PropertyMe and Rent Manager coming soon. We can build custom connectors based on demand—let us know which PMS you use and we'll discuss options.

How long does implementation take?

Most customers are live within 2-4 weeks. This includes PMS integration, contractor setup, and team training. We handle the technical work so you can focus on your properties.

Is there a minimum commitment?

We offer flexible terms and don't believe in locking customers in. If the product doesn't deliver value, you should be able to leave. We'll discuss commitment terms during your consultation.
